Our engineering department efficiently leads the development for each components of fan&blower, Including mold design and production, Plastic part manufacturing,blade performance and dynamics research. Motor drive design optimization and production,and the integrated design of electronic and software and hardware. All components from the motor to the blade we designed are carried out performance testing under various conditions.
4.Production process and quality control
We managed and controlled entire production process in house from design to prototype to tooling, testing and manufacture.. And we are certificated by ISO9001 and ISO14000, And UL CUL CE LVD ERP RoHS, REACH PAHs etc. Our staffs are well trained in all quality control inspection areas and appropriate technical. They all trained with deep knowledge of fulfilling customer requirements to to meet all necessary industry standards. Also we equipped with 9 automatic assembly lines and 2 semi-automatic lines. It allows us have the capacity of 1kkpcs/month.
